OUT-OF-STATE beer shipping

Shipping Policies:

We're currently in the middle of transitioning platforms and are at the mercy of the third party company. Unfortunately, we're still at a standstill but we've figured out a temporary work around to try to keep the beer in your hands! 

We're going to take orders manually for the time being. Orders can be placed for either Three or Six 4 packs only for now.
Please read through the following Shipping Policies before placing your order. 

*Non-Alcoholic beer orders can ship to all lower 48 states.*

Orders containing alcohol are currently only shipping to the following states:

Kentucky - Limited to 12 cases per year // Ohio - Limited to 2 cases per order // Pennsylvania - Limited to (3) 4 packs per month // Virginia - Limited to 2 cases per month // Washington DC - Limited to 1 case per month

  • Orders placed by 11am will typically ship the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 11am will ship next business day.

  • Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. Beer ships at ambient temperatures.

  • Must be 21+ to order and someone 21+ must be present to sign for all shipped orders.

Once the email is sent, you will receive an invoice via Square. Once the tracking information has been created,
you will receive an emailed response via Jamie.

additional Policies:

  • We make every effort to ship products the same business day for any order placed before 11 AM, however we are a small business and things do happen that may occasionally prohibit this. If product does not ship same business day it will go out the following business day barring any holidays.

  • Each state has different limitations (see image above). Orders that exceed maximums will be cancelled and refunded.

  • If you are not present to receive your package when it is delivered, UPS will leave a note on your door with further instructions on how to receive your package.

  • The person receiving the package must be 21+ with a valid ID. If person receiving delivery is found to be under 21, package will be returned to Southern Grist and no refund will be issued.

  • Refunds will not be given for packages damaged due to natural disaster or weather.

  • Refunds will only be given for products damaged in transit by UPS.

  • Orders cancelled before the product is shipped will be issued a full refund. Once a product has shipped, order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
